This is beautifully simple without the waist belt so try wearing it both ways.
Black dress with silk puff cap sleeves. Dress has a scoop neckline with gathered detail and a square back. Dress also has an elasticated waist belt which fastens with a silver clasp. 75% acetate, 20% polyamide, 5% other fibres. Delicate dry clean only.
